OUR School Today...

Today  the School of Social Work, Tucson Component, is located at  340 N. Commerce Park Loop. We are fourth in a group of four buildings, each one named after a mountain range.  Ours is the Tortolita building where we occupy Suite 250 on the second floor.  A photograph of the Tortolita Building is shown below, at right.  We are delighted to be here, in our own space, because now our students have their own classrooms, student lounge area, common computer area and study rooms. 

Commerce Park Loop, containing the group of four buildings in which we are located, lies just off Bonita Avenue. The development, called the Diamond Ventures Resource Campus, is an office park created along the Santa Cruz River.  We are located about one block west of I-10 and are located conveniently near downtown.  Commerce Park Loop was created as a business boost for downtown Tucson.  We are very pleased and lucky to be a part of the revitalization of the Rio Nuevo district of downtown and expect great things to follow.
